Highlands Gold Angus Corned Beef
One of my fave things to do after I drop off Asher at school is to go grocery shopping. The other day, my husband asked me to buy some corned beef and ever since I was young, I’ve always had this particular corned beef for breakfast. As I walked to the “canned meat” section, I saw this “new” corned beef : Highlands Gold Corned Beef.

I read the label, it says “made with Angus Beef and 100% Pure Beef.” Wow! I thought, Who doesn’t like Angus Beef? My whole family loves buying Angus beef and why not buy some Angus Corned Beef, di ba?
Well, I’m usually very picky with the food that I buy so I “Googled” this new corned beef I saw. Read online that Highlands Beef is made from imported Angus Beef. For those of you who are not familiar with Angus Beef, Angus has better marbling than ordinary beef- meaning better taste, texture and moisture (You do not want dry corned beef, right?)

I bought several cans of Highlands Gold the other day and my family and I absolutely love the taste! I just got a small can and it fed all four of us at home!! Check out the meat that it contains!
